WaterMaster Continuous Insulation

Standard WaterMaster CI is a drainage CI system. This system offers energy efficiency, light weight, versatile design, and economical installation. This system is superior in that the water-resistive barrier is fluid. This fluid applied water-resistive barrier also acts as an air barrier allowing for climate control systems to operate more efficiently. Drainage is achieved through vertical ribbons of adhesive providing a larger drainage plane for incidental moisture.

WaterMaster XPS

Standard WaterMaster XPS is our premium drainage EIF system. Like Standard EIFS, this system also offers the base level of benefits available in EIFS; energy efficiency, light weight, versatile design, and economical installation. Extruded Polystyrene increases the R-Value to 5 per inch.

Armourwall 300 WaterMasterKrack Shield

Provides the durable benefits and aesthetic beauty of stucco and comes with WeatherSeal, a liquid applied water resistive barrier and air barrier, Acrylic Base Coat and Reinforcing mesh for crack resistance and added drainage capabilities. The use of WeatherSeal as the liquid applied water resistive barrier is superior to paper based water-resistive barriers because there are no issues with rips or tears in the paper thus providing a continuous layer of moisture protection. Furthermore, the liquid applied water-resistive barrier in Armourwall 300 WaterMaster act as an air barrier as well. This allows a structures climate control systems to operate more efficiently and saves the building owner money. Armourwall 300 WaterMaster is an exceptional upgrade to any structure.

The use of WeatherSeal as the liquid applied water resistive and air barrier is superior to paper based water-resistive barriers because there are no issues with rips or tears in the paper thus providing a continuous layer of moisture protection. The combination of the air barrier and continuous insulation on this CI assembly provides the ultimate in energy efficiency for a stucco system. An additional layer of crack resistance is obtained by applying a fiberglass reinforcing mesh and base coat below the finish coat.

The EPS continuous insulation is adhered with vertical ribbons of adhesive to create drainage over a water resistive barrier coating. This assembly has passed NFPA 285, NFPA 268, as well as Structural and Shear Bond Testing. This assembly carries a 15 year warranty against delamination of the veneer and moisture penetration through the assembly.
